She established iRecruit4 in 2021 with a clear vision to create a more personal, consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on building long-term partnerships between businesses and candidates rather than transactional placements. Her approach is rooted in integrity, transparency, and delivering lasting value — ensuring both clients and candidates achieve meaningful and sustainable success.
Operations Director
Megan Cusack is the Operations Director at iRecruit4, playing a key role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring all recruitment processes are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard. Her calm, organised, and solutions-led style helps support both the internal team and the wider client base, contributing to iRecruit4's reputation for professionalism and service excellence.
